ロザリオを取り、十字架を持ち、十字を切って使徒信条を唱えます。
最初の大きなビーズで主の祈りを唱えます。
3 つの小さなビーズのそれぞれにアヴェ・メリーを唱えます。
中央のピースに「栄光の賛美」と「ファティマ」を唱えます。
その日の最初の信仰の神秘を思い出し、小さなビーズに進む前に主の祈りを唱えましょう。
10 個の小さなビーズ (10 個と呼ばれます) のそれぞれで、神秘について考えながらアヴェ・マリアを唱えます。
各10連を終えるごとに、大きなビーズで「栄光の賛歌」と「ファティマの祈り」を唱えます。その後、次の秘跡を思い起こし、「主の祈り」を唱えてから次の祈りに進みます。50 連祷を唱えた後、「聖母マリア万歳」を唱え、十字架の印でロザリオを終了します。
